Dear Readers, Yokomo Malaysia / Hobby Haven is participating in the coming Thailand International R/C Drift 2011 which will be held in Bangkok from 28th-29th May 2011 as a co-sponsor. We congratulate the organizers for hosting an important event for R/C drift in this region.

THAILAND International R/C Drift Competition 2011

REGULATION for TDC 2011

1. CLASS

1.1 4WD Class (All RC Drifters)

1.2 CS Class (All RC Drifters)

2. PLACE RC City Circuit / Bangkok / Thailand 28-29 May 2011

3. ENTRY FEE 1,200.- THB. / $40 ( INCLUDE 1 HOBBYWING Motor XERUN 8.5T + 1 set of TIRE )

TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

1. CHASSIS All brands of 1/10 scale Electric Powered chassis allowed only.

2. BATTERIES All brands and capacity of LiPo (2 cells), Ni-MH or Ni-Cd (6 cells) allowed.

3. TIRES (Handout 1 set)

- CS Class controlled Tires DS Racing Competition Series F2 (CS-F2).

- 4WD Class controlled Tires DS Racing Competition Series F3 (CS-F3).

*Tires must be Official Tire with Official Mark. Any driver using any other type of tire will immediately be disqualified from the event. Official Tire can buy none limit during the race.

4. WHEELS Only YOKOMO , HPI , TAMIYA , RJ Ride , Speed Way Pal , Street Jam , RC-Art .

5. MOTORS (Handout) Hobby Wing XERUN 8.5T (Handout) .

**If motor burned or have any problem, Drifter can buy from organizer by special price.

6. BODYSHELL Only YOKOMO and HPI 1/10 Scale Rear Wheel Drive bodyshell. Touring bodyshell are not allowed.

*** All cars must be within the specifications at any time during the racing.

0800-1200 Practice Session & Controlled tires / Motor hand-out,

1230-1430 Each group will have 10 mins controlled practice runs.

1430-1500 Photo session / BODYSHELL Contest

1500-1700 Group 1-5 of 4WD Class qualifying 2 runs.

1700-1730 Lucky draw

1730-1930 Group 6-10 of CS Class qualifying 2 runs.

* Motor and Tires as per Regulation

SUNDAY 29 :

0800-1000 Practice Session.

1000-1200 Each group will have 10 mins controlled practice runs.
